Domestic Shipping Policy (UPS)

 

For all domestic orders, The Nutrient Density Chart® primarily utilizes UPS for shipping. In certain situations, USPS may be used as a secondary option based on logistics and the destination location. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated and presented at checkout before the completion of your order. Customers will receive a tracking number via email, allowing for real-time tracking of their order.

International Shipping Policy (DHL)

 

For international orders, The Nutrient Density Chart® employs DHL through Shopify Markets Pro to facilitate efficient and reliable shipping services. All applicable duties, taxes, and import fees, along with shipping costs, are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated and collected at the time of checkout through Shopify Markets Pro. This ensures a transparent checkout process with all necessary fees settled upfront to avoid any unexpected charges upon delivery.

When reviewing your charges, please note that Shopify Markets Pro operates in partnership with Global-e, which becomes the merchant of record for international transactions. This means that charges related to your international transactions may appear as processed or associated with Global-e or Flow on your bank statement. This inclusion follows Global-e’s acquisition of Flow Commerce Inc., a provider of cross-border e-commerce solutions. This partnership enables The Nutrient Density Chart® to offer a streamlined and compliant international selling process, handling the complexities of tax remittance, accepting local payment methods, and managing duties and import taxes on behalf of merchants.

Lost or Damaged Packages

 

In the unfortunate event of a lost or damaged package, please contact us immediately at info@thenutrientdensitychart.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly. For damaged items, please retain the original packaging and product for inspection.
